At We Shop U, we ship both within the United States and internationally. Shipping costs, delivery times, and available options depend on the service available, the destination country, and the operational logistics of each region.

The shipping options available for your location will be displayed automatically during checkout.

1. Availability of Delivery Services

The availability of delivery services depends exclusively on the coverage and policies of the courier companies operating in each country.

  • Express delivery is available only for shipments within the United States.

  • International shipments do not include express service, as they depend on the logistics of the destination country.

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may have restrictions or extended delivery times.

We Shop U does not control courier delivery times or operational limitations.

2. Allowed Addresses and Restrictions

For security reasons:

  • All deliveries require a mandatory signature.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO (Army Post Office)

  • FPO (Fleet Post Office)

  • Hotels

  • Temporary accommodations, including Airbnb

  • Unstable, temporary, or unverifiable addresses

If the customer provides an ineligible address and the package is lost, delayed, or undeliverable, We Shop U will not be responsible.

Exception within the United States

If the customer is temporarily staying at an address in the U.S., the order may be sent to:

  • A UPS office, or

  • A USPS office

as long as the location accepts signature-required packages.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Verifying the availability of that office

  • Ensuring the office accepts signature-required shipments

  • Picking up the package within the timeframe provided by the courier

3. Processing and Dispatch Times

3.1. “Showroom Edition” Products

These items are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery times are calculated from the date of purchase.

3.2. “Made to Order” Products

Products made to order require additional preparation time.
They will be dispatched within an estimated 15 to 20 business days from order confirmation.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times start counting after the package has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time for most destinations is 15 to 20 business days, depending on the country and available logistics.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs processes

  • Availability of local courier services

  • Logistical restrictions

  • Remote or rural zones

  • Payment verification

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

We Shop U is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

5. Courier Services Used

We Shop U ships both domestically and internationally.

The courier used depends on the destination country and the logistics available in that region.

Domestic (United States) Shipments

Orders may be shipped through different courier companies.
The courier is assigned based on logistic availability and cannot be chosen by the customer.

International Shipments

For shipments outside the U.S.:

  • Delivery is handled by courier companies operating in each destination country.

  • We Shop U does not manually assign the international carrier.

  • Labels and logistics are generated by the responsible shipping company.

  • We cannot guarantee which courier will handle the delivery for each destination.

6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide:

  • Full name

  • Exact and stable address

  • Active phone number

  • Valid email address

Errors or omissions in this information may result in delays, additional costs, or package loss, which will not be the responsibility of We Shop U.

7. Customs, Duties, and International Regulations

For shipments outside the United States:

  • Taxes, customs duties, and additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We Shop U does not control customs inspections or holds.

  • If the package is held or returned, any associated costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Order Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to monitor the shipment

We Shop U does not provide additional tracking details, as all transportation information is generated by the courier company.
